When anyone adopts one of the rescue animals, I ask them to fill out a short form and to sign in agreement to the terms and conditions of the adoption

I, the undersigned, agree to abide by the following terms and conditions as set out by Piggin' Rescue.
I will not keep this pet with pets of a different sex unless either side are neutered
I will endeavour to have the pet neutered within 6 months of the adoption if the pet has not already been neutered/spayed, and I understand Piggin Rescue has the right to see proof that this has been done.
I will not breed from this pet, or use this pet as a sire/stud
I will look after this pet to the best of my ability, making sure I keep to the guidelines as set out by Piggin' Rescue and the Pet Welfare Act.
If for any reason I am no longer able to keep the pet, I must notify Piggin' Rescue immediately, and hand the pet back over to the rescue and NOT rehome it myself unless I have the permission of the rescue and the new home has been approved.
I am aware that if I need to hand the pet/s back into the care of Piggin' Rescue, the donation/adoption fee is non refundable
I must notify Piggin' Rescue when the pet passes away
I am happy for a representative of Piggin Rescue to come and visit the pet to make sure it is being looked after and well treated, and should I be in breach of any of these conditions, I am aware that Piggin Rescue is within its rights to claim that pet back.
I have been given my pet care sheet, bag of food, and am aware that I am entitled to lifetime free nail clipping and free advice either by phone or email
